Thank you for choosing Loveli Dai Beauty for your next glam session. 🚨PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING🚨 REQUIREMEMTS: -DEPOSIT- • All makeup appointments MUST be secured with a 25$ NON-REFUNDABLE, that will go towards the final total. •ANY wedding services or classes will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT, that will go towards the service. •Any appointments scheduled the day of, will have a walk in fee of $25. ALL HOLIDAYS AND PROM WILL BE AN UPCHARGE OF 25$! -ANY AFTER HOUR or BEFORE HOUR REQUESTS are acceptable, per request & must be made direct contact via email or phone. I will not service you if your face is unclean. • NO PHONES while being serviced. CANCELLATIONS: When you book your appointment keep in mind that you are securing a space on my schedule that is no longer available to other clients. In order to be respectful of your fellow beauties, please TEXT, (262)676-2840, as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment or at least 24 hrs in advance. Paying ahead in full isn’t required but if you cancel after paying in full, the full payment is non-refundable. Although you may reschedule the appointment with no charge for a future date up to a month. LATE CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS: •A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24hrs before the appointed time. •A No-Show is when a client misses an appointment without cancelling or any communication beforehand. *In either case, the client’s card will be charged 100% fee of the service and nolonger be able to book with Loveli Beats for ANY future reference. AUTOMATIC CANCELLATION: • 15 Min Late - 10min late/$15 late fee. 15min late, your appt is cancelled and can be rescheduled. • Extra People -If you bring ANY extra people to your appointment will be cancelled immediately and you will have to reschedule. • Sickness -If you show up to your appt. showing signs of illness such as, sneezing, coughing, sore throat etc., we have to cancel and reschedule.
